Pacamara beans are large and dense; front-loading the water volume early helps extract their complex flavors effectively.

The Orea V4 Narrow with an open bottom allows very fast flow; decreasing water volume in later pours prevents over-extracted bitterness.

Based on your feedback, I've raised the temperature by 1°C and tightened the grind by one click to enhance sweetness and body.

To highlight the cleanliness of the washed process, a high temperature of 95°C is used to articulate the bright acidity.
