Recipe Notes

Given the limited 10g dose, we've used a concentrated 1:11 ratio to ensure a balanced extraction even with a smaller volume.

We chose a lower temperature and low-agitation technique to preserve the delicate Geisha aromatics while suppressing any harsh bitterness.

To compensate for the very fast flow of the V60 Neo 01, the grind size is set finer to maintain adequate contact time.

Designed for a refreshing experience on a clear day, brewing directly onto ice enhances the clarity of the acidity.
