Recipe Notes

A large initial pour captures rich sweetness and aromatics early, while decreasing subsequent pours prevents the over-extraction of bitter compounds.

Dark roast beans are porous and extract easily; a 92°C temperature ensures enough concentration so the flavor remains intense even as the ice melts.

Considering the UFO V2's 80-degree angle and air channels, the recipe is designed for even dissolution across the flat bottom with proper filter contact.

Using the full 20g of remaining beans, we applied a concentrated 1:11 ratio optimized for an iced brew.
