CF WISDOM ZM-ECG09

Equipment notes

CF WISDOM is a Chinese portable-grinder brand, and the ZM-ECG09 is a compact rechargeable electric grinder. It carries a stainless conical burr with numbered stepped settings, and is presented with a dual mode that can also be turned by hand when the battery is empty; the manual mode is a series spec, so verifying per unit is advised. The conical burr grinds gently at low speed for a body-centered profile, with a range from fine to medium. As a small portable unit, burr alignment and throughput fall short of large electrics, but the stepped dial makes settings easy to return to and gives adequate consistency for travel. It is practical for filter, drip, and French press. It suits users who want compact electric grinding in frequently mobile settings like camping or business trips.
