The 600N is a 60mm flat steel-burr electric grinder from the Taiwanese maker Feima (Yang-Chia). It uses numbered stepped adjustment and a fast motor, and its compact, commercially rooted body sees use in homes and small operations alike. It supports single dosing and is known for the flake-shaped particles typical of its flat burrs. Flat burrs tend to narrow the particle distribution, raising uniformity and clarity, and the 60mm size adds throughput and batch consistency. That said, the 600N's flat burrs produce flake-shaped particles carrying somewhat more fines, tilting the cup toward body and texture, which is why it balances especially well in filter methods like drip, pour over and French press.
