Equipment notes
The KitchenAid Artisan 5KCG0702 is a household electric burr grinder with a glass hopper. The manufacturer specifies stainless steel burrs; an unverified burr geometry is not assigned here. It offers 15 positions in half steps, with higher numbers grinding finer, and the manufacturer manual suggests a starting point for pour-over.
