The Montwave GU2 is a manual grinder adjusted by counting clicks on its lower dial from the closed starting point. Its manufacturer guide warns against grinding at the finest settings closest to the closed point. For pour-over, start from the manufacturer's suggested starting range and adjust by taste and flow. The same general pour-over guidance serves as a V60 starting point; it is not a separately measured V60 setting.
