By accessing and using Pourist ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Pourist provides a personalized coffee recipe generation service. Features include: - Custom coffee recipes tailored to your beans and equipment - Bean information management and analysis - Brewing feedback logging - Equipment management - Additional features as determined by the Service

1. You may register using a social account supported by the Service, such as Google, Apple, or Kakao. 2. You must provide accurate information and may not use another person's identity. 3. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

1. The web service is provided free of charge and does not include paid features. 2. The mobile app offers both free and subscription (paid) features. Certain features are accessible only through a subscription. Subscription pricing and scope are detailed within the app. 3. Subscription payment, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. 4. Recipes generated by the Service are for reference purposes. Actual results may vary depending on conditions.

1. The Service may modify or discontinue features for operational or technical reasons. 2. Users will be notified in advance of service interruptions, except in cases of force majeure.

Users shall not: 1. Misappropriate another person's information 2. Use the Service for fraudulent purposes 3. Interfere with the operation of the Service 4. Violate any applicable laws or regulations

1. Content created by the Service is the property of Pourist. 2. Personal use of recipes generated by the Service is permitted, but commercial redistribution is prohibited. 3. Bean information and feedback data provided by users may be used to improve the Service.

1. The Service is not liable for interruptions caused by force majeure. 2. Recipes are for reference purposes only. The Service is not responsible for outcomes resulting from recipe use. 3. The Service is not liable for damages caused by user negligence.

The Service may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Service are effective as of March 5, 2026.
