The Capresso Infinity is a stainless steel conical burr electric grinder from the US brand Capresso, long established as a value conical burr grinder. It uses a gear-reduced motor that lowers rotation speed to reduce friction heat and static, and it is set by choosing marked grind steps. It targets a wide home range from drip and French press to espresso entry. The conical steel burr cuts more sharply than ceramic, keeping fines relatively lower at fine settings, and the conical form adds body. The slow rotation works to reduce heat and static, limiting aroma loss. Stepped adjustment covers a wide range repeatably but at coarse resolution, so it suits drip and French press more than fine dial-in at the very fine range.
