The H1 is an all-round electric grinder from HeyCafe, a grinder brand that originated in Shanghai and became part of Switzerland-based Hemro Group. The H1 aims to span espresso through filter in a single machine. It uses a 64mm flat steel burr for the narrow particle distribution and defined flavor separation typical of flats. A worm-gear adjustment with a reference digital readout sets grind from fine to coarse precisely, making settings easy to record and repeat. The DC motor's low-speed operation limits grind heat. It covers a wide range from espresso to coarse brews such as Chemex.
