The E55 Pro is an electric grinder from Starseeker, a single-dose-oriented all-metal model built around a large 55mm conical burr. Its aluminium housing targets heat dissipation and rigidity, and, as the name suggests, the big cone burr is central to the line. A titanium-coated conical steel burr is spun by a motor for cone-typical body, while a stepless adjustment ring enables very fine dial-in. It can be narrowed continuously from espresso through drip and cold brew, and a plasma anti-static feature aims to reduce clumping and retention. It suits home-cafe users who want fine, stepless espresso dial-in, and those wanting the throughput of a larger burr.
