Starseeker is a Chinese brand known for slow-turning large conical grinders, and the EDGE Plus is its home single-dose electric built around a 63 mm octagonal conical burr. It pairs a 220 rpm motor with plasma-based static suppression, runs from a 24 V adapter and weighs 5.6 kg. The burr is 63 mm steel with titanium plating and a DLC coating, and adjustment is stepless on a finely marked rotating collar, dotted and numbered at regular intervals. Whether the filter range ends at the collar's edge or continues into a second rotation is not yet confirmed. A slow large conical holds frictional heat and fines down, so the cup stays clean of mud and the sweetness reads round. For pour over, start in the coarser part of the range and narrow in while watching the drawdown. It suits someone who moves between espresso and filter on one grinder and likes the sweetness and texture that conical burrs bring.
