Ditting is a Swiss grinder specialist that began in Zurich in 1928 and today belongs to the Hemro Group. The 807 Lab Sweet is the company's 80mm flat burr electric grinder, a retail and lab-oriented model aimed at cupping labs and single dosing at the shop. The 80mm cast steel flat burrs use a special tooth geometry to cut particles evenly across a wide face, holding uniformity and clarity at any setting.
