iTop is a Guangzhou, China coffee equipment maker. The 40S is an electric grinder built on 40mm conical steel burrs, a home and compact-line model with a smaller, tidier body than the large-burr 40 Plus machines. Small conical burrs grind smoothly even at lower rotation speeds and deliver the generous body and texture characteristic of conical geometry.
