iTop 40 Plus V1

Equipment notes

iTop is a coffee equipment manufacturer based in Guangzhou, China. The 40 Plus V1 is the brand's 64mm flat burr electric grinder, the first generation of a value single dosing line aimed at both home users and small shops. It pairs an aluminum alloy housing with a brushless motor for durability and quieter operation. The 64mm steel flat burrs shear beans across a broad face, favoring even particle size, clarity, and clean separation in the cup. Stepless adjustment lets you stop anywhere between markings for fine dial-in, while an electrostatic eliminator reduces fines scatter and retention at the exit. One machine covers the fine range for espresso through the coarse range for filter. It suits home baristas who want the clean flat-burr character and freedom of stepless adjustment at an accessible price, along with small roastery cafes handling modest batches.
