The 40 Plus V3 is a variant within the 40 Plus family that changes the burr format: unlike the earlier flat burr versions, it uses conical steel burrs in an electric single dosing grinder. Conical burrs draw beans through the gap between an inner cone and an outer ring, tending to raise fines and build fuller body and texture in the cup. Stepless adjustment lets you set grind size finely anywhere between markings, while the brushless motor and electrostatic eliminator aid quiet running and low retention. It spans the coarse filter range through espresso, but leans toward heavier body than the flat burr versions.
