Kinu is a German manual grinder brand known for hand grinders built on precise steel machining. The M47 Simplicity is the entry model of the M47 line on 47mm conical burrs, with a stainless steel body reinforced by CNC-machined steel struts for structural stability and precise auto-centering of the axle. The 47mm conical steel burrs create the generous body and texture characteristic of conical geometry while grinding quickly thanks to the large burr diameter. A stepless adjustment with a marked zero point allows extremely fine grind changes anywhere between markings, covering precise espresso dial-in through filter. The hopper and catch cup use ABS to lower weight and cost.
