Recipe Notes

Considering the 50g remaining, a 15g dose is used to allow for 3 brews, with the grind size adjusted for the Orea O1's fast flow rate.

The high pH (~8.0) and calcium in your bottled water enhance body but can mute acidity; we've set the temperature to 95°C to preserve the bright character of this light roast.

To leverage the even extraction of the flat-bottom dripper, the water is divided into three pours to balance sweetness and body.

Given the Comandante's conical burrs, the later pours use a gentle stream to prevent fines from migrating and slowing down the drainage.
