Guide Notes
Brewing with a concentrated 1:11 ratio to account for ice dilution, resulting in an ideal 1:16 final strength as the ice melts.
Using a high temperature of 94°C to extract the complex Sudan Rume flavors, utilizing the consistent flow rate of the Blue Bottle dripper.
Since the coffee is pre-ground, a longer 40-second bloom is used to stabilize degassing and ensure even extraction.
The flash-chill method traps volatile aromatics, making the bright apple and peach acidity more vivid.
