The K3 Push is an on-demand design controlled by a button, fitted with 58mm flat steel burrs and centered on espresso. Grind size is adjusted on a stepped scale. The 58mm flat burrs narrow the particles for steady uniformity in the espresso range. Stepped adjustment makes settings easy to remember by number and return to, aiding repeatable results, though in the very fine espresso range the adjustment steps can feel coarser than a stepless system.
