Compak K3 Touch Advanced

Equipment notes

The K3 Touch Advanced is a doserless grinder from Compak, the Barcelona-based grinder specialist, positioned as the higher configuration of the K3 Touch family. Compak is a long-standing Spanish maker of commercial and domestic grinders, and this model adds programmable electronic dosing control, targeting small commercial and premium home use. It uses a 58mm flat steel burr for a narrow particle distribution and defined flavor separation. A micrometric fine adjustment tunes grind size continuously for high espresso dial-in resolution, and low-speed operation limits heat. The electronic dosing eases switching among single, double and continuous output, tidying the counter workflow. It suits small cafes and home baristas who want fine dial-in together with repeatable electronic dosing, and users who prefer a doserless setup.
