The K3 Touch is a doserless grinder from Compak, a grinder specialist based in Barcelona, Spain. Compak has long built commercial and domestic grinders, and the K3 family targets small commercial and premium home use. It uses a 58mm flat steel burr, pursuing the narrow particle distribution and defined flavor separation typical of flats. A micrometric fine adjustment lets grind size be tuned continuously, giving high espresso dial-in resolution, and low-speed operation limits grind heat. The doserless design grinds straight into the portafilter, reducing leftover coffee and easing cleanup.
