Fiorenzato/Sanremo Allground

Equipment notes

Fiorenzato is an Italian grinder maker founded in 1936 by Pietro Fiorenzato. This AllGround is the version Fiorenzato produced with Sanremo to match Sanremo machine colors; only the color differs, as it shares the same versatile platform of 64mm flat burrs with a titanium-based coating. The 64mm flat steel burrs produce a measured amount of body-building fines at the espresso range and raise uniformity at the coarse range to bring out filter clarity. Stepped adjustment holds each mark position so it is easy to return to the same setting, giving strong repeatability when moving between espresso and filter. It suits users who want a coordinated setup color-matched to Sanremo machines, and cafe or home users who want to move steadily across several brew methods on one machine.
