Fiorenzato/Sanremo Allground Sense

Equipment notes

Fiorenzato is an Italian grinder maker founded in 1936 by Pietro Fiorenzato. The AllGround Sense adds load-cell weight measurement to the versatile AllGround platform, a home grinder designed to dose by the gram without a separate scale. Its 64mm flat steel burrs with a titanium-based coating produce a measured amount of body-building fines at the espresso range and raise uniformity at the coarse range for filter clarity. Stepped adjustment remembers each mark position for easy return to the same setting, while the built-in load cell senses weight in real time during grinding to hit a target mass and reduce dosing variance. It suits precision-minded home users who want to manage dosing by weight rather than time, and home baristas who alternate espresso and filter on one machine while keeping the dose consistent.
