The Epic Maverick 2.0 is a hand grinder from the Korean brand Holzklotz; the name is German but the company is based in Paju, Gyeonggi-do. It uses a stainless conical burr with click adjustment, and this generation has far more clicks per rotation and in total than the earlier 1.0. So it should not be read through the 1.0's adjustment feel: at the same nominal marks it offers a finer resolution. Its burr diameter is not officially confirmed and is left out here. The conical burr carries some fines and builds body, and with its higher click count the 2.0 narrows the gap between adjacent settings, widening the room for fine tuning.
