The ZM Plus comes from Mazzer, a long-established Italian maker of commercial grinders and burrs based near Venice. It carries that commercial know-how into a modern single-dose all-rounder, built around an 83mm flat steel burr set and set up to cover espresso through filter. Flat burrs cut particles evenly, favouring uniformity and clarity, while the large burr diameter supports steady throughput and consistency. A motorised stepper adjusts the burr gap steplessly for fine dial-in resolution, and the steel cut keeps aromatics distinct. Its low-retention design makes it easy to single dose across changing coffees.
