The A68 is an electric single-dose grinder from Femobook, a Taiwanese startup that emerged in 2022. It is a large-burr model topped with a 68mm stainless-steel conical burr, driven by a DC motor at low RPM to curb heat and static. Adjustment is a finely stepped, numbered click system, making a desired setting easy to reproduce by number. Unlike most conicals, which fix the outer ring burr and move the inner one, the A68 moves the inner cone burr during adjustment while the outer ring stays fixed, designed to keep consistency without recalibration. A 68mm-class large conical cuts a lot per pass, giving good grinding speed and particle uniformity, and its single-dose orientation leaves little retention. The adjustment span reaches from fine espresso through filter drip. It suits enthusiasts who single-dose at home while frequently switching beans, and users who want the throughput and uniformity of a large conical in electric form.
