Hold the filter edge to preserve the waves, then rinse from the center toward the waved section.

Vigorously · Cover the whole coffee bed evenly.

Center Pour
Pour in a single thin stream. Balance inflow with drainage and stay below the coffee line formed by the previous pour to avoid pooling.
