It carries the same 98mm flat steel burrs (made in Germany) as the iconic EK43, mounted vertically to reduce retention, and adjusts via dial, touchscreen, or saved recipes. A modern-generation EK with real-time micron readout and a library mode for multiple recipes. The large flat burrs narrow the particle distribution and raise uniformity, tending toward a high-clarity cup. Stepless adjustment lets you dial small changes continuously, covering fine espresso through filter and brewing in one machine. The micron readout makes settings easy to reproduce numerically, and the large burrs sustain throughput for consistent results across repeated work.
