Turin's DF64 Gen 2 (US brand, made in China) is a single-dose electric grinder with 64mm stainless steel flat burrs, a benchmark of the value single-dose flat category. Gen 2 adds static-reduction over the prior generation to curb fines scatter and retention, and it is an open platform accepting third-party burrs such as DLC, Mazzer, or SSP. It uses stepless adjustment. The 64mm flat burrs offer more throughput and particle-uniformity headroom than 54mm, delivering clarity alongside stable extraction. Stepless adjustment gives it an all-round reach from the fine espresso range through drip and French press on one machine.
