The ZP6 from 1Zpresso (a Taiwan brand, made in China) is a manual grinder tuned specifically for filter brewing. It uses 48mm hexagonal conical steel burrs, a burr shape designed to deliver uniform particles and clean clarity in pour-over. Grind size is adjusted in clicks. Hexagonal burrs reduce fines relative to a plain conical burr, aiming for uniformity and clarity closer to a flat burr. Its adjustment range is concentrated in the filter band and does not reach the very fine espresso zone, giving it an essentially pour-over-only character. The large 48mm format adds throughput and shot-to-shot consistency, with stepped clicks locking at each mark. It suits users focused solely on filter and pour-over who want reduced fines and a transparent cup.
