Varia VS6

Equipment notes

The Varia VS6 is the brand's electric single-dose grinder, extending Varia from its portable manual line into a desktop machine. It carries a brushless motor and a front-facing setting readout, designed so a home barista can grind a single dose quietly and quickly. It ships with 58mm flat steel burrs. Flat geometry gathers particles more evenly than a conical set, which lifts uniformity and cup clarity and sharpens the definition of both filter and espresso. Adjustment steps through numbered settings in fine increments, and static-neutralising needles reduce clinging grounds. An optional conical burr set can change its character if wanted. It fits a home barista who prefers precise single dosing and wants flat-burr uniformity with quiet operation on the desktop.
