Eureka Atom 75

Equipment notes

The Atom 75 is a large-burr espresso grinder from Eureka, the Italian grinder maker. Handcrafted in Florence, it is the upper model of Eureka's Atom line, built around a 75mm flat steel burr for fast, consistent grinding. The large 75mm flat steel burr uses a wide cutting face to gather particles evenly, raising both uniformity and grind speed, and reduces fines versus a conical to aid stable espresso extraction. Stepless adjustment allows fine dialing, while silent technology and the static- and clump-reducing ACE structure spread the dose evenly to lessen clumping. It fits the home barista who wants a large-burr grinder that grinds uniformly in little time, and the small cafe operator who values quietness alongside speed and consistency.
