The Mignon Oro sits in the upper tier of the home Mignon family, a premium single-dose model built around refined finish, low retention, and precise dosing. Its electric flat steel burrs shear the beans evenly, giving the uniformity and clarity typical of a flat burr, while the stepless micrometric collar removes click boundaries and lets you land exactly on a target fineness, raising espresso dial-in resolution.
