Eureka is a grinder specialist founded in Florence, Italy in 1920. The Mignon Zero is the entry single-dose model of the home Mignon family, built around a low-retention design that, as the name suggests, leaves almost nothing behind. Its electric flat steel burrs cut particles evenly for the uniformity and clarity typical of a flat burr, while the stepless micrometric collar lands exactly on a target fineness without click boundaries, raising espresso dial-in resolution.
