The Drogheria MCD4 is a large commercial bulk grinder from Eureka, the Italian grinder maker. Part of Florence-based Eureka's retail and shop line, it carries a large flat steel burr and a big hopper, specialized for grinding large volumes of coffee continuously. The large flat steel burr uses a wide cutting face to align particles evenly, maintaining uniformity even in bulk grinding, and reduces fines versus a conical for a cleaner grind. Stepless micrometric adjustment allows fine setting of the grind size, while a powerful motor and large hopper support throughput during long continuous work. It fits the operator at a coffee retail shop who must grind large volumes quickly for bagged sales, and commercial settings that require both high-volume throughput and adjustment precision.
