Eureka is a grinder specialist founded in Florence, Italy in 1920. The Mignon Oro XL is the flagship of the home Mignon family, carrying the largest burr in the range and adding a digital touchscreen with programmable dosing in a premium single-dose format. Because the electric flat steel burr is the largest in the family, throughput per rotation rises and the grind releases lighter and more uniformly. The stepless micrometric collar lands exactly on a target fineness without click boundaries, raising espresso dial-in resolution, while the low-retention design cuts dose loss and variance when beans are swapped.
