The Comandante C60 Baracuda is a large manual grinder with a 60mm conical stainless steel burr, designed and manufactured in Germany. Its high-alloyed, high-nitrogen stainless burr is the largest and most advanced in the brand's lineup, giving markedly higher throughput than the 39mm models. It uses a stainless unibody construction and ships with the GX50 Gold Clix fine-adjustment system (brass dial) as standard. The 60mm burr cuts more beans per turn for faster grinding, and the larger geometry stabilizes particle distribution for good batch-to-batch consistency. It retains the body character of conical geometry while the large burr underpins uniformity. The GX50 Gold Clix offers fine stepped adjustment, precisely covering everything from coarse filter settings to espresso and cezve/ibrik. It suits users who brew multiple cups often or want throughput together with adjustment precision, and all-round home baristas moving between filter and espresso on one grinder.
