Comandante is a German manual grinder maker with a strong reputation in precision machining and hand-crank grinders. The C60 Baracuda carries the largest and most advanced 60mm conical burr set the company has released, with a unibody structure milled from a single block of steel at its core, combined with the GX50 brass adjustment system known as Gold Clix. The 60mm conical steel burrs cut smoothly at low torque, easing crank effort while producing the rich body and texture characteristic of conical geometry. The unibody locks burr alignment without flex to improve particle-size consistency, and the Gold Clix brass fine-thread mechanism gives precise, repeatable stepped-click adjustment.
