The C3 Pro is a manual hand grinder from the Chinese brand Timemore, the higher-finish model of the best-selling C3 line. It carries a 38mm conical stainless burr with click-stepped grind adjustment. It is a filter-oriented all-round hand grinder that adds usability touches such as a folding handle and refined finish. Conical burrs tend to generate fines and body, and the small 38mm diameter is limited in uniformity and throughput versus a large flat burr.
