The G1 Plus is a refined version of the G1, the upper-tier manual grinder in Timemore's Chestnut line. From Timemore, a Chinese design-led brand, it pairs an aluminum unibody with walnut wood and carries a titanium-coated conical steel burr aimed at precise hand grinding. The assembled conical steel burr cuts sharply to preserve aroma and body, and the titanium coating extends edge retention. Stepped click adjustment makes a chosen setting easy to repeat, while a widened axle and bearings over the base model reduce shaft wobble during grinding for more even particles. It handles a broad range from fine to coarse. It fits the home brewer who relies on hand grinding and wants durable, well-aligned burrs, and anyone moving between several brew methods on a single mill.
