Timemore Sculptor 064

Equipment notes

The Sculptor 064 is an electric single-dose grinder in Timemore's Sculptor series. From Timemore, a Chinese design-led brand carrying its hand-mill sensibility into electric form, it is a desktop model built around a 64mm flat steel burr. The 64mm flat steel burr aligns particles evenly to emphasize uniformity and clean flavor, and unlike a conical it reduces fines for a more transparent cup. Stepped adjustment fixes settings per increment for repeatability, while a brushless motor structure lowers vibration and variance for steady grinding. It broadly covers pour-over and filter brewing. It fits the home brewer who wants to grind dose by dose to reduce retention, and anyone who values uniformity and clarity in filter coffee while wanting the convenience of an electric grinder.
