Timemore Sculptor 078

Equipment notes

The Sculptor 078 is a higher-tier electric single-dose grinder in Timemore's Sculptor series. A desktop model from Timemore, a Chinese design-led brand, it carries a large 78mm flat steel burr aimed at uniform, filter-focused grinding. The 78mm flat steel burr uses a wide cutting face to gather particles evenly, raising both uniformity and throughput, and reduces fines versus a conical for a cleaner cup. Stepless adjustment lets you dial in finely without being tied to detents, favoring precise tuning for filter brewing, while a brushless motor suppresses vibration for steady rotation. It fits the home brewer who wants to finely tune the uniformity and clarity of pour-over and filter coffee, and anyone seeking the consistency of a large flat burr together with the convenience of electric single dosing.
