The x Millab E01 is a rechargeable electric portable grinder from a collaboration between Timemore and Millab. Combining the manufacturing of Timemore, a Chinese design-led brand, with Millab's design sensibility, it is a battery-powered grinder with a top-mounted motor and a conical steel burr of the S2C family. The conical steel burr cuts sharply to preserve aroma and body, and the Spike-to-Cut (S2C) geometry uses a secondary cut to reduce fines and improve particle uniformity.
