The C5 ESP Pro is the C5-line model that puts espresso capability front and center. It uses the same 42mm-class burr as the standard C5 but raises adjustment sensitivity so the finest range can be handled reliably. It runs an S2C-042 series 42mm conical steel burr, and its hallmark is a fine stepped adjustment that divides each turn into many small increments.
